What is the engagement process like?

The assessment process is takes place over 2 half days during where assessors will speak with the CEO and HR Director and review policy documents (First day), followed by a share back of assessment results to CEO (Second day)

Assessors will also need to communicate with the HR staff prior to the first session to prepare them for the policy documents review on their first visit.
