How long does the survey takes?

For Employees: the survey has 13 short questions about their perception of HR practices. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete (HR Practices survey).

For Management: the survey has 29 short questions about their perception of HR practices and HR competencies. It takes less than 20 minutes to complete.

Note: If your organisation has no overseas operations, the survey will have only 12 questions for employees and 27 questions for management.
