What is the role of a Lead User and what access can a Lead User view and do in HCDT System?

It is recommended that a Lead User in the organisation to be  

  1. Head of HR or
  2. Business Leader


As a Lead User:

  1. You can add team members in the system
  2. Have access to Dashboard
  3. Is authorised to launch HCDT Self-Assessment
  4. Is authorised to submit HCDT Self-Assessment upon completion of self-administered questionnaire only.
  5. Able to book assessor’s time slot in the system for moderated assessment, booking of share back session and advisory session.
  6. Able to launch and kick start Human Capital Perception Survey (HCPS), extend HCPS closing date and edit employee data for HCPS.
  7. Able to have access and edit Organisation’s demographics, growth stage and priorities.
  8. Restrict access rights to respective team members.
    1. E.g. Lead User can allow access to team members to complete survey questions on specific HC process that covers Talent Attraction and Employee Value Proposition only
