No, participating in the Human Capital Perception Survey (HCPS) is not compulsory for organisations undergoing the HCDT (Human Capital Diagnostic Tool) Moderated Assessment. However, we recommend it for organisations with more than 50 employees, to understand employees' perception of current HR processes and systems, as well as their engagement level with the organisation.
