How long do the participants have to complete the survey?

The survey participants will have 2 calendar weeks to complete the survey. If the response rate is lower than 65% at the end of the first 2 weeks, Lead User can click “Request to extend survey end date” in the HCDT system to extend the survey by one week (up to a maximum of 2 extensions).
