No, currently, Skills Badges are not a requirement after obtaining IHRP certification (subject to changes in the future). Attending accredited courses are voluntary and in line with your areas of development, and can help you accumulate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours for recertification under the ‘verifiable hours’ category.
Please ensure that you retain any certificates of attendance, completion letters, or registration confirmation issued by training providers if you would like to clock CPD hours.
