IHRP Skills Badges come in three levels: Basic, Proficient, and Advanced.
Basic Level
- The focus is on knowledge readiness and introductory application. This is designed for individuals who are new to the topic and who acquire competence primarily through training.
- Learners must demonstrate understanding of concepts, basic tool use, and the ability to apply what they learnt through a post-course assessment.
Proficient Level:
- Learners must demonstrate workplace application and organisational impact.
- This includes contextualising their learning for their work environment and showing evidence of improvements in areas such as quality, accuracy, time savings, productivity, learnings, or equivalent.
Advanced Level:
- The expectation is sustained practice, influence, and innovation.
- Individuals at this level apply the skill repeatedly, coach or guide others , and contribute to the improvement of team or organisational practices.
Not all Skills Badges are available at all three levels; some are only available at a specific level. You can find available courses offering respective Skills Badges here, with the proficiency level indicated as part of the course listing.
