What are the requirements for course accreditation?

Modified on Wed, 29 Jul at 9:33 AM

There are a few requirements:

  1. The prospective training provider should send a Application Interest Form for IHRP’s review.
  2. The prospective training provider must be able to show evidence in writing that the course is linked to at least one area of our Body of Competencies and one assessable component mapped to a Skills Badge rubric.
  3. Trainers delivering the course must be IHRP-certified and hold either an ACLP, ACTA or DACE or equivalent certification.
    • If a trainer is not IHRP-certified at the time of submission, IHRP will review the accreditation but will require the trainer to obtain certification within twenty four months of submission.
