  3. Performance Indicators: The KPIs your company aims to measure, such as:
    1. Workforce productivity (e.g. output per employee)

    3. Talent retention and turnover
    4. Efficiency, quality, or service metrics
    5. Digital adoption and automation impact
  4. Stakeholder Involvement: Identify who will provide inputs (e.g. line managers, HRBPs) and ensure leadership alignment
