- Employee satisfaction and engagement
- Talent retention and turnover
- Efficiency, quality, or service metrics
- Digital adoption and automation impact
- Stakeholder Involvement: Identify who will provide inputs (e.g. line managers, HRBPs) and ensure leadership alignment
