The IHRP certification is a practitioner’s certification and a validation of your HR experience. As such, there is an experience requirement of at least 3 years at the role equivalent to the IHRP-CP and IHRP-SP level. You may want to give yourself more time to build up your HR experience if you are not yet ready. If you are a junior HR professional, you could also consider the IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA) Certification. |
