Do I have to retake the whole assessment if I fail one paper?

As of now, all candidates are only required to retake the paper component which you have failed.

However, by H2 2026 (exact date TBC), all candidates who failed their original attempt will have a 12-month validity period for their passed components. Any reassessments beyond the 12 months starting from their original attempt will require candidates to retake all components, including their previously passed components. We will notify the HR community of the exact implementation date and provide ample time for preparation.
