My laptop device is not working during the assessment, can I request to reschedule my assessment?

Please note that candidates must ensure their device meets the technical requirements to run the Secure Browser and access the assessment platform. This includes completing all required configurations, system checks, and settings before the assessment date. Company laptops may have firewall restrictions that prevent the Secure Browser from running.


If you encounter these issues on the assessment day and do not have an alternative device (e.g a personal laptop) to complete the assessment within the allotted time, it will be recorded as a “no‑show” and your application fees will be forfeited. You will need to submit a new application with the applicable fees to retake the full assessment.

Note:

If the candidate used SkillsFuture Credit to pay for the assessment, IHRP reserves the right to recover the full assessment fee from the candidate, as eligibility for SkillsFuture Credit is contingent upon attendance at the assessment.
