The purpose of the IHRP Certified Associate is to enable and prepare HR professionals for the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) certification, so the IHRP Certified Associate – Working Professionals (IHRP-CA™) status is valid for up to 3 years. Recertifying of the IHRP-CA™ credential is not encouraged, we would advise individuals who are reaching the 3-year mark, to apply for the IHRP-CP certification instead. Individuals should capitalise on the IHRP Certified Associate (IHRP-CA™) to accumulate sufficient HR experience to progress to IHRP-CP certification. |
