A candidate whose IHRP Assessment date has been confirmed, but does not reschedule, cancel or attend the IHRP assessment will be considered a ‘no-show’ and will forfeit all Assessment Fee. Candidates facing extenuating circumstances must inform IHRP and provide supporting evidence within seven (7) calendar days from the date of assessment.
Where SkillsFuture Credit has been used and the candidate fails to attend the assessment (No‑Show), IHRP reserves the right to recover the full assessment fee from the candidate, as eligibility for SkillsFuture Credit is contingent upon attendance at the assessment.
The candidate will only be allowed to reapply for the assessment upon full payment of the forfeited assessment fee.
Upon successful receipt of the forfeited fee, the SkillsFuture Credit used will be returned to the candidate’s SkillsFuture Credit account. SkillsFuture Credit may thereafter be used for subsequent eligible courses, subject to prevailing terms and eligibility.
