What happens if I need to cancel my assessment?

If you choose to cancel your assessment due to unforeseen reasons, you will need to pay a cancellation fee of $87.20 and this must be done no later than 5 calendar days before the start of the assessment. If you make a cancellation less than 5 calendar days before the start of the assessment, the full assessment fees will be forfeited.

Please note that you cannot use your SkillsFuture Credit to make payment for cancellation fee.
