What happens if I need to reschedule my assessment?

If you need to reschedule your assessment, please cancel your application and reapply for the invoice to be generated with the correct date of assessment.

 

If you have submitted your claim for Skillsfuture Credit, you also need to cancel your existing claim on the SkillsFuture portal, and re-submit a new claim based on the new assessment date.
