Do all candidates take the same questions? How are the papers/questions generated?

Candidates don’t take the exact same set of questions in the same order. The test forms are rotated regularly, and the sequence of questions may be generated at random. 
Respective papers can have different questions; the order of questions can also be different. New questions may also be periodically added to the list.
