What does JRET entail?

Modified on Thu, 11 Sep at 4:16 PM

JRET is a 5-step tool that guides companies through their Job Redesign and workforce transformation journey:

Step 1: Job Redesign Readiness: Assess your company’s readiness for Job Redesign and identify job roles to prioritise.

Step 2: Job Evaluation (Before): Measure the current value of the job role selected for Job Redesign.

Step 3: Targeted Outcomes: Define the goals your company aims to achieve through redesigning the chosen job role.

Step 4: Job Evaluation (After): Reassess the redesigned job role to measure the change in job value.

Step 5: Actual Outcomes: Track the return on investment (ROI) and long-term impact of the Job Redesign efforts.

Note: Steps 1 to 3 are completed before Job Redesign begins, while Steps 4 to 5 are done after implementation.
