If my employer is sponsoring me, can I still receive the S$100 subsidy?

Yes, you may still receive the S$100 subsidy. However, where your employer is sponsoring your certification, the employer must be an IHRP Corporate Partner in order for IHRP to invoice the company for the remaining balance. Otherwise, the balance will be payable by the candidate.
