If you are apply for IHRP certification:

For IHRP-CA: You are not required to have any HR related training or education, you may apply for your certification.

For IHRP-CP and IHRP-SP: You may access our IHRP Learnworlds to complete a course for 150 Training hours: [150hrs] Accelerated Course in lieu of Training Hours (for CP and SP)
