What happens if I do not pass my assessment if I chose to submit a SkillsFuture Credit claim?

There will not be a refund granted if you have chosen to submit a claim to use your SkillsFuture Credit for your Certification fee.

There will be no refund of the Certification fee if you have submitted a SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) claim and do not pass the assessment.

In accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore requirements, eligibility for SkillsFuture Credit is based on attendance at the assessment, regardless of the assessment outcome. As such, once the assessment has been attended, no refund will be granted even if the candidate does not pass the assessment.
